Overall I am very happy with Joy. The registry can be confusing to navigate at times but the support team is very helpful with quick response times !

Using the Joy app for wedding logistics has been helpful. It is nice to have everything regarding the wedding and reception in one hub.

After getting to the root of the issue, my question was resolved very quickly. Cas helped me to figure out in as little time as possible why I might be having some problems. The website itself is not great all the time, we had issues with people being able to buy things off of our registry, so that we had to change all of our stuff to cash funds. And it’s a bit challenging when there can only be one owner when I’m the bride and need control things just as much as the creator of the page.

Absolute unimagiable experience. DO NOT book any hotels/resorts through this company, go thru AirBnb or VRBO or anything else but this fraudelent company. We arrive at Friday Harbour in Innisfil, ON, to a broken leg on the couch, barstools that were broken, the fire alarm hanging from the ceiling to make us feel so uncomfortable that we couldn't sit or invite guests over as we had no furniture to sit on, no telivision that worked, no hand towel, facecloths, dish towels or dishcloths or toilet paper. We may as well rented a room in a barn. Disgusting and CS comm I will rate at 0
