Hello! Thanks for leaving a review! We understand that your server seems to be running out of memory. This is due to Java 16's way of using memory beyond it's specified limit. We can set a custom RAM limit so it forcefully stays under your RAM amount, to prevent this from happening! We have initiated a contact request as we would love to hear back from you and help resolve this issue of yours Regards, WitherHosting

Hello! Thanks for leaving a review! We are always improving every day to make ourselves the best in the industry, and you have got us one step closer to it! For your schedules, we do admit it is a bit of a confusion. That is why we made a knowledgebase article about it you can find at this link - https://support.witherhosting.com/en/article/how-to-use-our-schedules-rcjsqp/ Additionally, */3 means every 3 minutes. You can check out what things would mean by visiting https://crontab.guru/ to learn more about the schedule system we use. Hopefully this answers your question and assists you with difficulty in using our schedules! Regards, WitherHosting

Hello! Thanks for leaving a review! We are sorry that support may have taken time to respond to you, however our average mean response time is 24 minutes, perhaps your problem was not solvable by support and they didn't mention you had to wait for someone else. We would love to help you out further if you're still with us, so we would love if you shared more information about your experience, so we can resolve this. Regards, WitherHosting
