The agent helped me resolve my issue. Sammy was clear, communicative, transparent, and very helpful. I felt immediately at ease and taken care of by them. This was so much better than the initial AI chatbot that almost caused me to cancel my subscription. P.S. Trustpilot requiring me to sign in or sign up just to submit this review causes friction. I'd recommend changing that.
