Marc our installer was great! Very friendly and worked with me on the location of the hardware to best fit my space. Customer service/tech support have been great as well! Easy to talk with and understand, follow up calls, and ease of their “no contract” service! Their referral process is super nice! Great addition of high speed internet to our rural community!

The internet has worked great so far! The man was very polite that come to install it but I have to brag on the lady I spoke with on the phone when I called interested in this Internet. She was extremely nice and helpful and I had to call two or three days in a row to get information and each time she was amazing and never got tired of me calling and always told me thank you. I would recommend 10 out of 10… Thank you for your kindness. Kelly

The gentleman that came and set up my internet was absolutely fantastic. I am very happy with the customer service and the internet. He went above and beyond to inform me on what he was doing and reassured me if I needed anything he’d be happy to come back and fix the issue. Great work, thank you!!
