This is the third time that the order I received from this company is the wrong size and has to be returned. Their customer service and inventory department is completely inept and now, as a person with a recent surgery, I have to go back and ship this back Fedex. Trying to get anyone on the phone is constant hold, especially if you want to talk to a manager! I have one order pending with them for a special Christmas gift. I can only hope that one comes correctly and on time. I will NEVER shop with them again.

Delivery was NOT during delivery hours. Delivery company would not wait for me to get there. Fridge was dinged up. I had issues with fridge after 4 Months, bought the 5 year warranty and they keep putting a ticket in when I call, but no one ever calls back or will come to fix the fridge

Be very careful here. I recently built a large wine storage room from scratch and I used the "experts" at Wine Enthusiast for all design decisions. Here's what happened: 1. The "experts" designed a system that assumed the outdoor temperature would not exceed 90 degrees. I live in Central Texas. 2. After installing the incorrectly designed system, the system would not cool below 75 degrees. I had to both replace the cooling unit and buy a new one to the tune of $7,000 plus. The redesign and retrofit cost me an additional $9,000. The so-called "experts could not be bothered to take my issues seriously, all the while my wine baked in the summer temperatures. This has been an infuriating and unacceptable process

Literally the worst customer service...ever. Nothing on their website works - don't order from here! They'll say they don't have your order and then send a tracking number out that says...we don't have that order either. Then you'll sit on hold for 20 minutes only to hang up and call sales, because maybe someone will answer in sales? They do...and can't help you.

I purchased a Euro cave wine cooler through Wine Enthusiast and was instructed to contact them with any problems. When I recently had mechanical problems with the cooler, and I contacted "Customer Service" at Wine Enthusiast, they took 3 weeks to get back to me to tell me that I was on my own. I will never purchase anything again from this company.

Avoid this company like the plague. We purchased a Eurocave. We were told it's inability to keep the temperature within range is by design. Our less expensive models have no problem doing so yet, after the fact we are told there is nothing wrong with a Eurocave that does not. We ordered a simple item in error. Told it would be refunded, never happened. Then every time we inquire about it we receive an email saying the matter is closed, with no replies or refund. The customer service is simply unacceptable.

I had a horrible experience with a wine cooler from Wine Enthusiast and finally wrote a highly critical review in July 2022, in which I included my order number and reminded them that they had all my contact info. The company responded almost immediately saying they would call me the very same day to resolve. Of course they did not call me - this is their shtick. THIS IS A TOTALLY DISHONEST COMPANY with shoddy products. Do not order from them; they need to be put out of business. Here is my review from 7/22 and their response: I bought an N’Finity Pro HDX 30” wine and beverage cooler from Wine Enthusiast in Feb 2021 Although it was delivered within a month, my home was being renovated and it sat in its box until the bar was complete and the unit could be installed a few months later. Once in, I discovered that this product was of very poor quality; among other problems the shelves are not stable. I called and emailed customer service several times to try and resolve it. Although they promised follow up, they repeatedly failed to come back to me even after I submitted a video of the failing product to them, at their request. Finally, a customer service person told me they would accept a merchandise return for a full refund. However when they failed to send the promised return information, I called and they told me they had never said that to me and that there would be no return/refund. If the company responds below - which I expect them to so they can appear to be trying - my order number is 367-651 and I am reachable on the mobile number you have attached to that order. 2.5 yr old 166 bottle cooler stopped cooling. LONG wait times on phone X 3 or 4 over 3 months. Purchased 2 parts ($140), repairman ($100) certified problem was in sealed compressor system. Supposedly under warranty X 3 yrs. "Warranty"in this case meant crediting original purchase price ($1326) against new unit at list price plus shipping. My unit was discontinued, so recommended unit costing $2899 (no discount of 25% as offered on their website). Emailed and wrote to company repeatedly, to no avail. They treat their customers like sh__. Replaced with another brand unit at $1450. Will never buy their brand again.
