Hi Amanda, Thanks for sharing your valuable experience with us.
I was searching for some budget-friendly gift options online and found Wine & Champagne Gifts. They have many wine and champagne gift options starting from just $29, which honestly surprised me considering how premium the packaging looks. The whole experience was smooth, Sam was very helpful throughout the process and quickly answered all my questions. The presentation was honestly better than I expected for the price. If you want a classy gift without spending a fortune, they’re definitely worth trying.

Hi Sher, Thanks for sharing your valuable experience with us.
I would like to bring this to everyone’s attention. I have worked with this company, but unfortunately, they have not made my payment after getting the work done. Because of this, I will be sharing my experience across all social media platforms. If I do not receive my payment by tonight, I will consider this company completely unreliable. They have already blocked me from all communication channels, which clearly shows unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I strongly advise others not to work with this company to avoid facing the same issue. I will also be removing all links associated with them from my side.

The products were great but the price was extortionate

To Betsy, Appreciate you taking the time to leave this. "Product was great" is the part we care about most. On the price front—fair feedback. We don't aim to be the cheapest, just the one that arrives right the first time. Check your inbox for a small credit on a future project as a thank you for the honesty.
I am very disappointed. I paid for the champagne to send to a very important client two days late. I received the email saying that the deal is canceled. I never received my money back. My name is Bobby Banks. My phone number is 516343.5189

Hi Bobby, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and understand how important this delivery was for your client. As discussed on the call prior to placing your order, you requested next-day delivery in NYC. We had informed you that to ensure next-day delivery, the order needed to be placed before 3:00 PM EST. However, your order was placed at 5:48 PM EST on March 31, by which time our final shipment for the day had already been dispatched at 4:00 PM EST. Due to this, we were unable to process the delivery within the requested timeline, and the order was canceled accordingly. Please note that we initiated the refund on the same day. For your reference, we have also shared the refund confirmation screenshot with you via email.
