Hi Millie, Thanks for sharing your valuable experience with us.
was the recipient of a get-well gift sent in late May. The company sent a stale, leftover Christmas basket instead, and their customer service has completely ignored my emails for a week. Absolute radio silence. Do not trust this company with your gifts.

Dear Jayne, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the gift you received. After reviewing the order, we can confirm that the gift basket shipped was the same basket that was selected and ordered by the sender. We did not substitute the original gift with a different product. That said, we take customer concerns seriously. After corresponding with you via email and understanding your concerns, we arranged and delivered a complimentary replacement gift as a goodwill gesture. We hope this helped resolve the issue and demonstrated our commitment to customer satisfaction. We value all feedback and are always willing to work with recipients and senders to address any concerns. If there is anything further we can assist with, please feel free to contact us directly.
I needed a gift sent overnight and not only did Wine & Champagne Gifts have the rare bottle I was looking for, but it also took just a few minutes chatting with Alex in customer service to get my order placed and the tracking information received. Easy peasy! Will definitely use Wine & Champagne Gifts again
