Erik, Thanks so much for the review. We apologize for the delay you experienced in receiving your order. The order you placed on February 9th was delayed due to a new logistics software system implemented by our manufacturer in February which negatively affected a handful of orders across several different states. Unfortunately your order was one of the ones that were affected. After we discovered that your order was one of the few that were affected we immediately reordered the window. According to our manufacturer your re-ordered window is complete and is being shipped out this week. You should receive it in the next few days.
