Best customer service ever and they support veterans!

I'm super happy the rep contacted me to confirm my needs. I wound up ordering exactly what I needed and saved money by talking about the project. The windows are in and absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely order the rest of the house windows through these guys. Pros: high quality, money savings, energy efficient. Cons: pick up a bit sketchy as several people didn't know what i was picking up. Recommend: yes but be patient. They're worth it.

Working with Derek was a pleasure. He made sure my order was correct and even gave me other options to save me money. Unfortunately 1 of my windows was, I thought damaged, but was just assembled wrong. (Otherwise would have been 5 stars) Derek walked me and my contractor through properly attaching screws that were incorrectly installed. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Great quality windows at a very reasonable price. I tested a few out to see if they held up to subzero weather and they performed great. No condensation. Ordered for the rest of my house a week ago. Must add that they are very responsive to any question you might have.

I’ve been shopping for windows for almost a year. I’ve had appointment after appointment with 5 different companies. Many quoted for 18k, then a final email offer of $7,500. Total scams from “reputable” big name companies. After almost a year of total frustration, I called Window Estore. My first call was probably 20 minutes long with Derek Baker. Derek gave me so much information and answered questions I hadn’t even thought of yet. After that call, I had absolutely no doubt I was ordering my windows from him. I talked to him again that same day and he walked me through ordering my windows, making measurements, and making me feel at ease. Derek is in Texas and I’m in Pa, but you would have thought he was standing inside my home. He knew how my home was built based on my geographic location, building codes for the year my home was built, even the materials that were used! Derek is an extremely knowledgeable man. I placed my order and immediately got a call back confirming the sizes. Then, Derek gave us advice on our bathroom windows. The ones we picked wouldn’t give us as much glass space because of the size so he upgraded our windows to a casement window so that’s we be happier (free!). I never even thought about this, I just bought windows that all matched. I was so blown away (and still am) by Window Estore’s service and quality. The final touch, my windows came in A WEEK EARLY! What a pleasure it has been working with them. Thank you Derek, for everything!!
