Updated Still waiting on my window to arrive in…

Still waiting on my window to arrive in town. Ordered one window a month ago and just got an email that the order is delayed further. *Update* Got a call from ABC Supply on 10/30 that the window was in, went to pick it up and it had never arrived at the warehouse. Just called ABC Supply again 11/6 and the window has been lost in shipping. The window had to be re-ordered and will take another 10 weeks to arrive. This is completely unacceptable. I would partly understand a delay due to COVID, but this is incompetence plain and simple. - Just got a call from WindowEstore with an apology for the mix up and discussion on what might have happened. They did take the time to make it right so I do commend them on that. The time frame is definitely an inconvenience but hopefully I will be able to review the window itself in January.

Jake, We understand exactly how you're feeling and we appreciate your honesty. We've always prided ourselves in having the fastest turn-around time in the nation for high performance windows. Since the Covid-19 outbreak our business has almost doubled while our three manufacturing facilities are having to comply with strict Covid protocols which is limiting production at the manufacturing level. Our manufacturer just informed us that all existing orders (your's being one of them) are being delayed once again. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We and our manufacturer are working our tails off to try and expedite every single order. We hope to have our turn-around time back to 17 days like it has been throughout our company's history. Please accept our apology and know that we are working hard behind the scenes to get your windows to you as soon as humanly possible. Thanks so much for your time. Derek Baker President
