i email requesting my subscription to be canceled and they did not comply. continued to take the monthly amount from my bank account until I noticed 3 years later. now refusing to refund me the nearly $2K they took from my bank account after not complying with my request to cancel. also wine sucked, never in stock.

I moved and they did not let me know they could not ship to the state I moved to. The email confirmation for my shipment reflected my new address, but the FedEx shipment confirmation reflected my former address. I had changed all my addresses in the user portal, but they still sent my subscription to my old address. I had to call customer support when I noticed my address was wrong on the FedEx email I received. Super disappointed!

I cannot drink wine anymore for heath reasons. I cancelled by email (which is what the site at the time said to do). Since I didn't keep answering their emails they did not cancel my subscription. Since they did cancel the next month, it took a while to notice they resinstated it. I am well over 70, and I find their behavior reprehensible. I strongly advise not dealing with these people.

this was the most frustrating process I have ever been involved with. I received a $200 gift card and I mistakenly added a six month membership to my cart when all I wanted to do was order two packs of wine which I could do under the terms and conditions without joining a membership. The only problem was when I went back into my cart to delete the membership. It would not allow me to do that. I talked to two Customer Support reps and neither one can help me. I finally had to go in under my wife’s email address and process it from scratch and that worked, but I still had to pay over and above the gift card amount because there was no flexibility in your application to order just $200 worth of wine. I will never use this app or refer it to anyone else.

Total scam! Received a $60 gift card from the family member. When I went to use it it required a membership when I did not want to use the membership or sign up for a membership. It forced me to use the $60 gift certificate towards $120 package. I was willing to do that and I had to go through hoops to get a proper coat to even work for that

Refuse to refund the full amount of my "credits". I have to purchase more wine. Smelling close to LA Fitness: Case Summary In August 2025, the FTC sued the operators of LA Fitness and other gyms over allegations they make it exceedingly difficult for consumers to cancel their gym memberships and related services that continued indefinitely unless cancelled. The agency is seeking a court order prohibiting the allegedly unfair conduct and money back for consumers harmed by the difficulty in cancelling memberships.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They charged me for a month without my authorization. When I called they said they could not cancel or refund my order and that I would need to wait for it to be delivered and then pay $25 to ship it back…absolutely ridiculous. Unsure why you can’t cancel an order that hasn’t even left the warehouse…

I am newly sober and live in a state that no longer ships to me. I have a bunch of credits from when I was drinking and living in a different state. My membership was cancelled for 3 years due to this and after all this time, the company still refuses to give me some sort of refund. It’s triggering for me to have to buy wine but here we are . In circumstances like this, a company should really be more flexible.
