They claim to be in London when they are in China. Delivery takes 10/12 days material is of poor quality. They don’t want you to return so make it very difficult. Have asked for return label a number of times and getting nowhere. Do not buy from them.

After waiting three week to receive a jacket that looks nothing like what is shown on line, I am highly disappointed with this company. If I could up load a photo of this cheap flimsy white Victoria classic tailored jacket which looks like a chap thin lab coat and cost me £34.95 , reduced from £69.05, I would. It is an absolute disgrace. I wouldn’t even give a one star to this company. Please do not waste your money. Highly disappointed. I will unsubscribe because they don’t stop asking you to buy cheap rubbish. This company needs to be taken of the website. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. They have taught me a lesson. Check reviews at all times before buying anything on line. I am shocked absolutely shocked.

Delivery - excessively long. Quality - absolutely dreadful and nothing like illustration. Value for money - cheap, very poor for the price. Straight in the bin. I will not even attempt to get my money back as I will doubtless be offered allsorts of enticements, everything but my money. I would have to pay to return the item, to add insult to injury. Do not buy from this site.

I ordered a dress , normally 100£ waiting a long time for delivery I realised that dress is not coming from London !! I just received a parcel, a few days before the party , I received a piece of weightless, stiff and synthetic material, you can see through it !!! I am shocked, cant believe it 😳 there is not quality to it , just joke I am going yo the bank now , what is interesting i received a fraud alert on my phone just now , its the first time I didn't check the company on trust pilot, I become so gullible seeing the logo with Wilson & Carter from LONDON!!

FRAUDSTERS ALERT IVE SPENT £155 I FELT REASSURED THAT THE LONDON BASED CLOTHING SHOP WAS HONORABLE AND THAT THE RETURN WAS "EASY: NOW I FOUND OUT THAT UNFORTUNATELY THE WAREHOUSE IS IN CHINA AND ITS ALL A MASSIVE LOAD OF SMOKE AND MIRRORS. AFTER 4 EMAILS I AM NOW BEING OFFERED 15% MONEY BACK OR DIFFERENT CLOTHES OF OTHER SIZES OF THE CRAP MATERIALS THE SIZES ARE RIDICULOUS THAT I ORDERED I RAISED A CHARGEBACK WITH BARCLAYS AS THEY ARE ACTING FRAUDULENTLY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I wouldn't want to give it one star. The dress was not as it appeared on the website, the material was like a fine bin liner. I had to exchange many emails to get an address, which I did. I informed my credit card bank and made a dispute with the company. I eventually got my money back not without a fight through emails. Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company. They are based in China not London, very deceiving. Do not settle for a percentage of a refund. I believe this is a fraudulent company. Address below....
