Terrible quality and a total failure to send an address to return the goods to despite sending photos as requested

The 3 dresses were not of the quality expected, and arrived too late for my holiday, scrunched in a tiny bag, and very creased.So far, I have asked for a refund 4 times, and still cannot get the return address( in Asia) from them.They have offered a 10% reduction and a 20% reduction, and for a store credit but no refund.Awful company

First of all I wouldn’t want to give them one star absolutely disgusting rip people off I would not buy of this company I don’t know how this company is still trading I bought 2 dresses I thought london firm No all clothes are from china absolutely diabolical cheap and nasty nothing like the photos just went straight in the bin so I have lost £64 pounds on rubbish DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company, the item I received was useless, I wouldn’t use it as a duster. They offered a 10% refund or send it back at my cost…to china. I thought this a British company…don’t be fooled

Very poor quality and disappointing return policy I am extremely disappointed with this product. The quality was very poor and completely different from what I expected from the description and pictures online. The product is cheap and, in my opinion, was not suitable to wear. When I contacted the company because I wanted to return the item, I was told that a very large amount of my money would be deducted as a return fee. I was also told that around £85 would be used for the order of £100 which I was not happy with. I feel the product quality does not match what is advertised, and the return process was also very disappointing. I expected a much better-quality product and a fairer approach to returns and refunds. I would strongly encourage the company to review the quality of the products they are selling and be much clearer with customers about their return and refund policy.

Shocking misrepresentation of the products they advertise. I am normally very vigilant online but have been duped. Please do not under any circumstances buy from this so called company. There platform should be closed down. Like many reviews I wish I had read reviews before acting.

I ordered a dress then read reviews and realised it was a mistake. This proved correct when the dress arrived- shocking quality and cheap,nasty material. I contacted ‘customer services’ and asked for a refund under the 14 day legal consumer rights entitlement.They have ignored all my emails, and presumably rely on the fact that eventually people will give up, despite the fact that they are flouting the law. Avoid this company at all costs. They are masquerading as a London firm but undoubtedly are based thousands of miles away.

Purchased a pair of shoes with buckle, after 2nd wear the pin fell out so unable to fasten the shoe, wish I had read the reviews, completely waste of money, have contacted the company and they asked me to send pictures, not heard back from them. Do not buy from this company as they sell cheap nasty rubbish, fit for the bin.
