I've been in contact with your support team and whatsapp,. The bike does not function properly. It only goes 16 mph. The reason for the two is because your support team is trying to help but it's been 12 days and I'm leaving for a long trip, I was hoping to use my brand new Wildeway Ultra Wander. Maybe you should send a different bike.

Bike is wonderful to ride, but the digital speedometer was heavily damaged from shipping. Customer service takes forever to responds and their phone line is disconnected. I had to buy a new digital speedometer but ordered it almost a week ago. Paid 3-5 days shipping. Still haven’t got a tracking number yet.
