My wig was lost for a few days & went to Oregon twice instead of southern CA. Luckily I was in no hurry to get it. The wig was perfect out of the box. I feel needs a little trim & will have a beautician take care of that. I will be ordering this wig again.

My experience, not a review you want to advertise. I buy wigs because I am balding with very fine hair. I also buy wigs because I do not ever want to style my own hair again. The wig I ordered was very beautiful and styled just the way I liked-- but only on the internet. When it arrived, the sides were completely flat and the whole look was something I never would have knowingly ordered. It looked unfinished and unstyled. It would need products applied to make it look like your picture. It is synthetic and if you expected me to style it myself to make it look like what I ordered, that should have been stated before my order was placed. You could have provided the wig products names to safely use and how to use them. My entire reason for wearing wigs and wanting to try your company has been very unsatisfactory and disappointing. I did not have the time or interest in struggling with a return. The customer should not have to try to fix your mistakes The other issue is that it is impossible to choose a color from the microscopic samples shown on the order page. Providing numbers on colors and descriptions and jamming all the swatches side by side are completely useless--it is very difficult to even imagine what a wig company will ultimately send. The wig could instead be advertised with a model wearing it with color name and number, and describing clearly what is in that color. Then, another model, or the same one, with a different color number and description wearing the same wig. I do not understand how this could not be done. This is false advertising and leaves the customer discouraged, and not confident that what they chose for a color and what arrives is ever going to match what they intended. Even Kohls website clothing has a dot for each item color available, which the customer clicks on, and the dress or whatever is being purchased, instantly changes to the customer's second choice of color. There is then no doubt, as the customer choice is always easily seen in the clothing item but then also in a new, different color click. When wig colors are seen one at a time without the confusing impossible tiny samples side by side all together, the choice by the customer and the pick by your employees, would then be the perfect match. Now I have a wig I cannot use and have to start my search all over again. Buying a wig online should not be so difficult.

The wigs I chose, both by Ellen Wille, Sound and Girl Mono are beautiful, and they both shipped the next day after my order. Both wigs are as described and good quality. I'm very pleased!

The wig is as advertised. It looks very nice and I’m happy with it.

Fast delivery, beautifully packaged, easy to put on and adjust, and while I may not look like my normal self (kick rocks, cancer) I look like a normal person with cute hair when I wear it!
