I like the games and the rewards are great when you actually get them I'm missing $20 in rewards from one game and I submitted a ticket and still haven't gotten a response from them i submitted a ticket the beginning of April and have also sent a couple of emails and haven't received anything from them about it i do like their platform but almost 2 months and haven't received any response

Customer service is non existent. Reported a problem with not receiving credit for a games progression 2 months ago and still haven't gotten a response.

Seems like this is the only ace wicto replies. Tried chat and email and no answer. Been trying to cashout for a week but now it seems the site is entirely down. Just advise if the site is done for good so I can stop wasting my time.
