Amazing application

Wicto was hands down my absolute favorite GPT platform. It started so promisingly. My first withdrawal went off without a hitch; however, attempting to cash out the second time has been the bane of my existence! When I went to redeem my earnings, I received a message stating, "Your cashout is on hold for a quick security review. Your balance is safe. Please contact support and we will unlock it." When I reached out to Support, after a few days wait, I was informed that two accounts were running from the same device, my husband's and my own. After explaining that my battery had died and I had erroneously used my husband's phone to log in, they graciously allowed my account and balance to be restored. Well, it hasn't. I'm still receiving the same message when I go to cashout. I've reached out numerous times via the Wicto app and the Wicto website. I emailed their customer support at "hello@wicto'.(which, by the way, is not an active address). Today marks 4 weeks in total that I have been trying to resolve this matter, and 3 weeks since I last heard from their support team. Now because my chat inquiry/ conversion remains "open" and "unresolved," their system prevents me from opening a new inquiry, leaving me to rot away in support purgatory. It's a shame really; I truly do enjoy using Wicto. They have great offers; they were always very helpful and quick to fix any issues that arose with tracking or receiving credits, and my first withdrawal was so simple... I'm so bummed, so much time waisted for nothing.

Good app. Wish there were more games because I have played a lot of them already on different platforms.

Good cash out

So far so good. Haven't cash out yet but the flow of coins seems consistent and I'm on track to cash out very soon. We'll see how that goes.

Whitco is the best shit ever it pays out instantly and it has really nice welcome bonuses and it's fun and easy to play also I came in first on the lottery and got a ton of money it's awesome

This website is absolutely amazing! Tons of great offers, respectful customer service. Payments are quick. For some reason I had a hold, but I was assured it was only a security review. Now the payments are temporarily unavailable, but I hope that they return soon. Oh and I haven't had any issues with tracking unlike other apps.
