Sales rep was helpful in recommending a higher quality of hose for my lawn vacuum. Knowledgeable peeps, efficient service. Need to work on emails notifications, but that was a minor bump in the road.

You had the hose sizes in stock and the lengths I needed. Straightforward website to go through and find the type of hose and size you need. I'm replacing the hoses for a Trac-Vac, it's your choice but to add a note somewhere saying the hoses work on Trac-Vac is up to you. I have purchased from you before for a different debris vac hose and I'm very happy with it and has lasted longer then the OEM hose, and I have no doubt the hoses I just ordered will out perform the original Trac-Vac hoses.

Ordering online was smooth - pricing was better than what was quoted by local suppliers - availability appears to be better than local supplier.
