Hi Franklin, thank you for sharing your review. We understand how frustrating it is to wait on an order, and we want to clear up any confusion about the timeline. Our 1 to 2 business day window refers to how quickly orders leave our facility, not the total delivery time. Since your order came in after business hours, processing began the next business day, and it shipped on the 14th, right on schedule. From there, transit time is determined by FedEx, and your package is currently expected to arrive on Wednesday. You should have received email updates with your tracking information, so you can follow your shipment every step of the way. If you have any questions before it arrives, or need anything once it does, our knowledgeable customer service team is always happy to help. We stand behind our products and appreciate your business. - The Wholesale Hoses Team Hi Franklin, Thank you for your updated review! We're glad to hear that your experience was great. If there's anything else we can do for you, feel free to reach out.
