Hello Alexander, thank you for your review. Our goal is to provide every customer with the information they need to make the right decision for their applications. We never try to “upsell” any of our customers but will advise if the product they are interested in is not the best fit for what they will be using it for. However, we did honor your request to release the order. Because the order was placed on Thursday after 5 PM the order process did not begin officially until Friday morning. Therefore, the next business day would be Monday. So, there was no delay in shipping. We always appreciate customer feedback but want to be clear that our follow-up contact was not to get you to buy a more expensive hose, but rather to raise our concerns about the hose you were choosing. We want all of our customers to be aware of the hoses they are interested in and, in some cases, the limitations of those hoses. We have your order ready to ship out and when it does, you’ll receive an email notification with the tracking numbers. Again, thank you for your comment and we thank you for being a Wholesale Hoses customer. - The Wholesale Hoses Team
