Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t been as pleased with your recent fragrance selections. Our quality has not changed. We have used the same process and worked with the same manufacturers for nearly 30 years. The viscosity and performance can vary between fragrances because each fragrance has a different composition. We do not add thickening agents to make our oils thick. Egyptian Musk is naturally one of our thicker fragrances due to its composition, and its consistency does not indicate that thinner fragrances are weaker or lower quality. Your orders have also included different fragrances over time, so the differences you are noticing are not necessarily a like for like comparison. We do most of our customer service through email, order messages and text so that we can respond efficiently and maintain a record of the conversation. While we are not always able to answer the phone immediately, we have not received a voicemail from you regarding these concerns. We would be happy to discuss any specific fragrances you are having an issue with.
