Out of all the orders, they got one wrong
Out of all the orders, They got one wrong, and claimed that I Ordered it that way. And from the invoice it looks that way. But I know what I picked on the website was not what I ended up with. I take the blame for not thoroughly checking the order invoice before clicking the button to confirm the sale and charge my card.

We would like to clarify that the fragrance shipped was exactly what was selected and submitted with your order. The invoice included in the package is a direct copy of the order received through our website. We do not change or substitute customers' fragrance selections, nor would we have any reason to do so. The two fragrances have very similar names, so we understand how the confusion could have occurred. While we are always willing to acknowledge and correct our mistakes, in this case, the order was filled correctly. We take great care to ensure our customers receive exactly what they order.
