ordered Polar Star -white roses -50 stems- came nicely boxed & opened up beautifully ( i do put special liquid for water)& spray flowers to preserve freshness- they staying for a week- they very beautifull compare to other white roses

My hydrangeas arrived late and in extremely poor condition, as did the ranunculus. If your order goes flawlessly by some miracle, great. But if you have any snags, they will fight you and fight you and never refund you. Horrible customer service. We had to buy last minute random flowers for my mother-in-law's memorial service and I would NEVER use this company again.

Wow! Whole Blossoms really delivered and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. This whole Covid situation has a been a nightmare for us and we planned on having a big wedding, and then decided to postpone till next year. The more we thought about it, the more we figured it would be perhaps better to have our own little private ceremony. Today we had a small civil ceremony and had some non-traditional flowers for it. We ordered orange disbuds and hot pink Dianthus. They came in fresh and were easy to take care of. We are married now and have these beautiful flowers to remind us that nothing can stop true love, not even Covid. I highly recommend Whole Blossoms and enjoyed the experience so much that I think I’m going to order this way more often. Flowers are really uplifting!

Flowers were gorgeous, but 2/3 of what I ordered was not the color advertised and their support was very hard to get in touch with in comparison to similar vendors. If you're flexible on color palette, though, the flowers were absolutely beautiful.

The only real flowers I wanted at my wedding were bouquets for myself and my two bridesmaids, and a few flowers on the cake instead of a topper. I ordered 30 stems of peonies. After agonizing over the color choices I decided to go with God and order the assorted colors. The flowers came in on time. I received a gorgeous mix of cream, blush and pink flowers. With proper care they opened at varying speeds, so I had a mix of big full flowers and lovely half opened ones. Three buds never opened despite being wrapped in newspaper. Still, the bouquets and cake turned out beautifully. We had exactly enough flowers. The price was fantastic and I would definitely order from WholeBlossoms again.

While I’m sure this company delivers as expected frequently, they were deceitful with me. I ordered cherry blossoms for my wedding. They arrived in a bag rather than a box and completely crushed. And late. The buds had fallen off the stems and were unable to be used. They committed to refunding my money and then in the middle of my busy wedding weekend explained that they had unilaterally decided only to offer a partial refund. Too many other companies out there to risk this type of treatment for you own event!

Ordered garden roses for a baby shower and found that 1/3 of the order was unusable due to damage. Upon receiving the order we followed all recommended care and handing tips and after no improvement in the roses we contacted customer service. I was asked to provide photos of the flowers, farm name, shipping box, description of the issue, etc. which I did and was told that they only believed 4 of the stems were damaged. Called back customer service and was asked to submit additional photos. Submitted additional photos and was again told they would only reimburse for 4 stems and would only send replacement flowers if the entire order was damaged. Asked to speak with a supervisor who was busy at the time and of course the supervisor never called back. Please avoid this vendor or you may end up with unusable flowers right before a major event. See photos for additional detail.

The flowers arrived exactly on time and in beautiful condition! They were beautiful and lasted for days after the wedding.
