Whisker BarkReviews of whiskerbark.com

I was pleased with the product quality. We had conversations with Jonathan who was helpful but we chose the wrong model. Our son in law passed last month and we were out of town for almost 2 weeks trying to help our daughter. So we were late in returning the unit for an exchange. FedEx delivered the return on June 29. Since then wisker bark will not answer my phone calls so we can discuss another model as an exchange. I have not checked with my bank to see if they have credited my charge card. At this time, l am very disappointed with Wisker Bark. Regards, Philip Perkins 210-364-8442

Product arrived well and was easy to set up. The zipper on the side broke after the first use.
