We loved our rental and Whimstays customer service was amazing throughout! I had to make a last minute change and working with them was easy and efficient.

On top of what I paid at reservation time, the landlord charged an unexpected deposit of US$ 50 This deposit was never refunded.

Excellent communication

We arrived to a spotlessly clean house. Our emails were answered promptly and requests were fulfilled quickly. Beach chairs and a cooler were supplied which was a huge bonus. We had the best week ever!

I used Whimstay for a vacation to Anna Maria Island, Florida. They saved us several hundred dollars on the place we were planning on staying and I had no problems whatsoever with my stay. I would definitely use again.

Super easy last minute booking. All other sites were booked. It was more expensive but a nice home on the coast in August.
