Michelle took me through the platform and assisted me with my Meta verification. The whole process was smooth and really easy. She was great and very patient, even when my network provider was delaying a bit. She was understanding and stayed with me throughout the entire process. Top-notch service from her! Great team, great support!

I really appreciate the free 1-on-1 call on new sign-ups, those meetings are really key to help clear up confusions in the complicated processes with onboarding or disonboarding business numbers with Meta. WhatChimp support is pretty good in general. Although you might have to wait for several hours but at least they do treat my questions seriously and I'm just on a free trial plan, what more can I ask for.

I had an issue with my WhatsApp chatbot, and Joy from WhatChimp support helped me get it sorted out. She was patient and guided me through the process until everything was working again. I’m happy with my experience so far, and I’m looking forward to exploring more of WhatChimp’s features, especially the chatbot and automation tools.

This service is awful, the user experience sucks. You want to get a discount and you pay before you register, they don't validate your email or anything before that, then you feel stranded because they don't ask you for a password either and when you try to access your own account you can't because your email isn't verified, BUT FOR GETTING YOUR MONEY IS ENOUGH.

Hi Jose, Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we are sorry your first experience with WhatChimp was this frustrating. You were excited enough to sign up, and the very first thing you hit was a locked door. That is not the welcome we want anyone to have. We looked into your account to understand exactly what happened. You paid for the Basic plan through our special offer page, and your account was created straight away. But because the checkout did not ask you to set a password, and password reset needs a verified email first, you were stuck in between. You are right that this flow is confusing, and you are right to call it out. Here is what happened next, so anyone reading can see it in full. You contacted our support team a few minutes after signing up. Our assistant replied within seconds, and a member of our team manually verified your email the same day and confirmed your account was fully active. Your payment was never kept without giving you access: your Basic plan is active and ready to use right now, with nothing lost. Your feedback has also gone straight to our product team. Paying before setting a password, and the email verification step that followed, is exactly the kind of friction we want to remove so that no one else has to go through what you did. If you have not had a chance to log in since, we would love to help you get started properly. Write to us at [email protected] and one of our team will personally walk you through logging in, connecting your WhatsApp number and setting up your first campaign. If you would rather not continue, tell us and we will make that right too. Thank you again for being honest with us. Feedback like yours is how we get better. Warm regards, The WhatChimp Team
