Support response is available but at a slow pace. Sometimes the auto Ai response from WhatChimp is not in line with the issue Like recent Error# 200, first the Ai reply was that its is due to us not following Meta guidelines for the template, later human agent sent a valid reply that some glitch in Meta sys. Continuous updates in WhatChimp UI cause day to day issues, which we did not report. Waited and tried again then sometimes our prob is resolved else we have to wait again. Overall Whatchimp is ok however many a times the issues we face generate a thought that may be we should switch to another vendor is we are looking at smooth working and prompt support.

Pretty happy with the service so far, have implemented it into our routine for facilitating HR interviews. Been using it for one month, and got great one-on-one support for setting it up and afterwards I was able to get it running by using the documentation and instruction videos. When issues arose, the support team was able to help – Abba was specially helpful on a support call – and when one feature was not yet available they offered to create a request with the development team.
