Need a lot of patches to accommodate the new whatsapp updates especially regarding the new username feature. So many other issues regarding subscribers and the app's synchronization but i guess i'll make do for the lower price. I encountered a problem regarding the upgrade to Pro package. You'll need to manually cancel your basic subscription before upgrading. Otherwise they will still charge the basic one and have to wait to resolve the issue. But so far, for less than a month of use, and thousands of marketing messages blasted, everything is fine. You'll just need to adapt with the UI. A bit confusing for first timers, but it is adaptable in a few days. (I have yet to adapt to a few functions in the app though, but it's fine.) This is also our first time using WABA API so i have no idea if any other API brands are a lot better. Their help support is good, just need to expect the time differences, so you'll need to wait for their human response. But im fine with it. They're very helpful when needed. Still am not confident to subscribe to annual payment though. I hope my confidence continue to grow with whatchimp.

The customer service stands out. The team is responsive, easy to reach, and takes technical questions seriously. It's also a complete platform rather than just an API gateway. Bulk broadcasting, templates, and automation all sit in one dashboard, and the API integrates cleanly with your own systems. Setup was straightforward, and it's been reliable at volume. The 0% markup on Meta's official rates is one of the main reasons they're a good choice. Most BSPs add their own fee per conversation, and that adds up fast. Recommended.
