Items in stock or not?
Westlake's website gives no indication if products are in stock and when placing an order it appears that they are. It was a waste of time ordering from Westlake Pro as their sales followup stated it could be weeks or months before product would be available, I would not have placed and paid for the order if I had known items were not in stock. Selecting an alternate product is not possible on the website as there is no indication of stock or delay status, this has never been an issue for me with other audio retailers. On the plus side the sales person was knowledgeable and had useful suggestions, ordering from Westlake should not be done on their website.
