Don't make the mistake I made & buy from this company WESTKITCHEN they are the worst they are nothing, but scam artists I bought a refrigerator & freezer from them in July which was damage when it arrived & they refuse to give me a refund on the damaged goods their customer service is terrible also they will keep you on hold to try & discourage you just to tell you that the person that handles their cases isn't in & will be getting in touch with you that's their story every time I call never have I received an email or call from this person & this has been going on since July of 2023 read the reviews before you buy from WESTKITCHEN I wish I would've it'll save you some time & GRIEF my next move is getting in touch with the Attorney General of that State to let them know of their practice I'm pretty sure I'm not their only victim

Will ship different coolers. Lower quality and tell you it's the same item. Do no trust. Scam. Ships from cookercooler low quality Chinese junk

the worst company to deal with. I ordered a freezer from them, they told me that i should get my order within 5 business days. I have been in contact with them through the week to make sure the merchandise is shipped. a week passed i reached out to the company about my order and they tell me that the freezer in on backorder. they didn't bother telling me that through the week - totally unprofessional company. i would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. they just wasted 2 weeks of my time because i will have to wait for another 10 days for my refund
