I still have not received my photo of my dog Evo. I have placed 2 requests and I get a random response that a package was delivered. This is true but you have sent 2 of the same items and I am still missing 1 item. There has been no customer service follow up. Really disappointed and frustrating

Efficiency of product being delivered.

I bought this as a gift for mothers day and it was of my mom’s companion of 17 years who we recently lost. It came out beautiful and it is like we are looking at her again. Loved it so much

Honestly, the artwork was liked by some of my family members but for me I did not get the option to see which design might be best for my dog that passed away. It took a whole month for me to receive any notice or answer and all I got was a second confirmation after I tried to inquire what was taking so long, I also paid for the painting to be a priority as well. Everything was disappointing and people should think twice before ordering from here as it was definitely a lot of money spent.
