An inspiring company who's concept drew me to look deeper in to what they do. It provides an idea, specialists, community and movement that's covers most thoughts I have had about my body and which leaves me coming back for more. I'm still here 5 months on.

The greatest thing about Weshape is the easy accessibility. This is consistent in the simple effective exercises, the explanations, the people, even the ease of the challenge website.

For years, the health industry pushed myths that fitness had to be painful, restrictive, or focused on appearance. WeShape helped me shift that mindset completely. Their approach to movement feels empowering, sustainable, and rooted in self-care rather than shame. Instead of chasing unrealistic standards, I’ve found a new appreciation for simply moving my body in ways that feel good and support long-term health. It’s been a refreshing and healing change in perspective.

I feel I have found people that have the same values and beliefs. All the staff are positive and helpful. Their fitness app is one of the best I have ever used.

The WeShape coaches and community are so very helpful in realizing the importance of movement and activity as opposed to hard-core workouts that are generally designed to help you impress someone else. The coach workouts and stretches are perfectly matched to your physical abilities, and you will feel refreshed after doing them I will definitely continue with the WeShape community.
