I like how tailored for the individual this program is. You get out what you put in. Really like the the different interactive calls you get to participate in each week.

Great experience on movement Flexibility and caring of my Body Great community and support Understanding your body

This is helping me know myself more and understand why I feel the way I do.

The program is very flexible and you can make it what you want each time you do it! If you're feeling good, you can bump up. If you're tired or just "not feeling it", you can bump down and give yourself a little break. It makes you more apt to stick with it because you aren't expected to kill yourself each and every time to meet your goals. You can get there at your own pace with plenty of support along the way from staff and community

Excellent program that can tailor to most anyone to get them moving and enjoy it enough to keep moving!

After struggling and hating myself - I found my community! I am so grateful for WeShape - this program has made movement enjoyable. I highly recommend WeShape - you won’t regret it!!!

This is a great way to keep your body limber in a way that takes little time. It is well organized and so very encouraging. Just keep up with the movements and even go join a call to stay connected. You can even post a comment on the community board as a connection. Anyone can do this!

But far, WeShape has been a godsend for me. I am just shy of my 70th birthday. I have many Medical issues and date back as far as my teenage years. When I incorporate movement or exercise I have to be very careful that it doesn’t trigger off pain. That’s too severe for me to continue. WeShape is tailored to my needs and I go stronger every day with this program. I cannot say enough good things for the team. Coach Tyler, and Dr Lisa, Coach Kayson and everybody has just been a marvelous help and so welcoming. The fact that they found a way to incorporate the WeShape community is another special piece, and the challenges are fun and keep me motivated.
