We’re sorry the app has left you more confused than informed, especially after you paid and continued seeing Premium prompts. Please contact us via Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send so we can verify exactly what you purchased and whether the upgrade messages are appearing correctly. Welltory’s Stress score reflects physiological stress calculated from HRV at the time of measurement, and not your personality or how emotionally stressed you feel. A low score may indicate that your body was relatively balanced during that reading, but it isn’t proof that you never experience stress. We appreciate your feedback and agree that both the results and subscription differences should be explained much more clearly.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We’re really happy to hear that Welltory helps you take a more proactive approach to your health and better understand how sleep, stress, exercise, and other factors affect your body. That’s exactly what we’re trying to do — bring different signals together and turn them into insights that are easier to use in everyday life. We also really appreciate your feedback about making the dates clearer and adding simpler explanations for the readings. That’s a very helpful suggestion, and we’ll pass it along to the team. Thanks again for your kind words and for helping us make the app better.

Sorry about the FaceID lockout — that shouldn't stand between you and a paid subscription. On the extra account: if it has an active subscription, you can't self-delete it in-app; contact us via Menu → Report a Problem and we'll switch it to free so you can remove it yourself.

Really appreciate this — that instinct for knowing your HRV by feel is exactly the kind of body-awareness we hope people build. Also hear you on the repeated lifetime prompts, that's fair feedback and we'll pass it along. Thanks for sticking with the app!

Thanks for the feedback! Glad heart rate is tracking well. Sorry Echo's giving you trouble — what's happening exactly (won't play, no sound, crashes)? Feel free to send details via Menu → Report a problem so we can take a look.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown — that's a really useful observation. We can't confirm the exact 15-min threshold from here, but it matches a pattern we've seen with wake periods cutting sleep analysis short. If you can, send us a report via Menu → Report a problem — with your logs we can dig into your specific case.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback, and we’re really glad to hear Welltory has helped you learn more about how your body works. You’re right that missing workouts or taking a break from wearing your watch can affect the insights, especially for activity, sleep, recovery, and workload. Welltory relies on data from your connected devices and health apps, so when some data is missing, the analysis may be less complete. We completely understand why being able to add or correct information after the fact would be helpful, especially for workouts you forgot to start or days when you intentionally don’t wear your watch. We’ll pass this suggestion along to the team. Thank you again for using Welltory and for sharing such clear, practical feedback. It really helps us understand what would make the app more useful.
