I had originaly purchased the KN 95 mask but since I'm a big guy with a long jaw line and wear glasses the fit wasn't what I wanted. I contacted the company and they sent me another style, the Harley Commodity L-188 which fit much better and is a NIOSH certified mask! I'm happy to have found a company that's willing to work with the customer to insure their total satisfaction.

Ordered a bunch of supposedly in stock masks October 13, got a notification they shipped, but it’s December 8, and UPS tracking still just says “label created.” Our flight is in two days and we are scrambling to find legit masks including for especially vulnerable family members and a child too young to be vaccinated and we’re out over $70. Meanwhile I keep getting more e-mails from them about all the masks they supposedly have in stock. I regret ordering from WellBefore. (order #320451)

If you allow me to clarify, we never take money away from customers, always do our best to ship packages on time, and fulfill orders within the next 24 hours so the order can be handled by the courier as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there are moments when couriers may lose packages by accident on their internal process. Although it is not on us, we are happy to help our customers, and immediately processed a refund as you requested today since we didn't have the stock of some products you bought at that time (demand may have affected us since the moment you placed your order).
