Thank you so much for your kind words and wonderful feedback. We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed our variety of adult-size masks and had a great experience with our customer service. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again! 💝
I like your product, that you have smaller sizes, etc. I wish they didn't smell so toxic. I suspect it isn't healthy to breathe the fumes coming off of them. It would be great if you aired out the masks before putting them in the packages.

Hi Gillian, Thank you so much for your feedback — we’re really glad to hear you appreciate our product design and sizing options. We’re sorry to hear that the scent was off-putting. All of our masks are made with high-quality, safe materials, and the scent you noticed can occasionally come from the sealed packaging right after production. It typically fades quickly once the masks are aired out. We’d love the chance to make this right. Our team has reached out to you directly to learn more and find the best solution. We truly value your input and are always working to improve. Thank you again for being part of our community! – The WellBefore Team

As always, my order was processed quickly and delivered within a few days. The masks themselves are the best I’ve ever worn and are now the only brand I buy.
