Highly recommend the products but not the customer service. No response to my inqueries and no fulfillment of my autoship order.

Hi B, we are sorry to know you had these issues with your subscription. If you allow me to clarify, we did reply to your email with the information you requested, but long story short is the system will try to fulfill it every 3 days if the items are out of stock, until it gets fulfilled. However, it seems in your case, the system detected an error with your card as well, making it impossible to process a reshipment even if the platform had items in stock. That said, we've sent you an update email to help you out, and so the subscription can be reopened. We hope this helps.
I had a successful experience with this company. I had questions about my order and I received a personal letter explaining the entire transaction. The Masks I ordered are excellent.

I waited weeks for my masks and they never came in the middle of a pandemic. So then I contacted the company and said can you ship some new ones two day shipping or overnight they said no and gave me my money back. So I had to start all over again and find another company that sold masks. Basically went a month during the prime peak of the pandemic without any KN 95s Update: Thank you wellbefore for your recent email providing my original mask order free of charge. I appreciate the gesture to right the situation. I had purchased masks from you at an earlier time without issue and was very frustrated when this last time, during the Omicron spike, I had such problems. Hopefully we won’t have to wear these for much longer.

I am a loyal customer! I found Well Before in early 2020. I don't but my Covid supplies anywhere else! The masks are great quality and I especially love the masks and face shields for children! Everything I have purchased is packaged well and as described. You won't regret your purchase and shipping lightening fast! That's a plus!!

These are really excellent face masks. I have been looking for some time to find the KN95's with adjustable ear loops. These fit perfectly and are comfortable. Thanks
