I have ordered kn95 masks and at home test kits from Well Before. Their products are the best I wouldn’t order masks from any other company.

I love the N95-V1, 5 layer over the head. They fit me the best (female), are a bit small/tight for my husband

Company doesn't believe in doing what is right and fixing the order after they made a mistake so customer can get what they purchased. They refused to fix it and decided just to refund despite the order that was placed. Horrible! Add: company did NOT send what I ordered and did have to return them! Their response not accurate.

Hi KW, we are sorry for the troubles with your order and our service. When you reached out to us about receiving masks with orange straps (the previous model) instead of masks with black straps (the new model) for kids, our volume of orders made it impossible to process a reshipment, as we usually do. It was for this reason that we issued a refund which we thought was the appropriate thing to do, without asking for the masks to be returned. Again, we are sorry we weren’t able to help you out back then. We are always here to help if you need anything.
