We are really thankful for your trust, our manufacturers go far and beyond to keep improving our quality while being affordable.
I love the masks but I subscribed and since some of my items were out of stock I just didn’t receive any of the items. It doesn’t make sense to do that. You should ask the customer if they’d still like their order and ship the other items when in stock.

Dear Emily, thank you for your kind words about our products, and I'm sorry to read you had troubles with the subscriptions. If you allow us to clarify, our system is made to make several tries every 3 days to process an order and will postpone the entire order if 1 of the items is not in stock (I'm afraid our system works automatically that way), and since this order is not placed manually as we can't control all subscriptions manually to ask each customer if the order can be processed or not without an item, the subscription is just moved to the next try in 3 days. Once again, we are sorry our system's limitations, but you can rest assured we will use your information to verify if the developers can update this feature, so thanks for your feedback.
Other than the straps around the ears being way too tight, it is an excellent mask. I wanted to order the ones with adjustable ear straps but they were out of stock. It can get warm and sweaty behind the mask if you wear it for long stretches of time (say on a long airplane flight), but that is probably an issue with all KN/N95 masks. They do fit snugly and securely around your mouth and nose, which is what you want. I can't evaluate the effectiveness of protection but based on the quality of the material and construction, I would think they are excellent in that regard.

Delivery was quick. The masks I ordered were high quality and comfortable. Lots of options to choose from, which enabled me to find masks that fit my face well.

Very comfortable to wear for prolonged periods. Fits well and makes a good seal, although need to watch the bottom of one's glasses and make sure they are above the seal, which is easy to do. I bought two boxes of 10 to take with me on week-long birding trips. Had the first chance to use them in western Washington where we were required to wear a mask while in the van traveling from spot to spot, in restaurants, and in motel lobbies and hallways, and, of course, in airports and airplanes. Can get a bit humid on the inside on warmer days or high humidity days, but that's probably unavoidable regardless of what type of mask you use. I like the over-the-head straps, which I understand is considered better than ear loops. Certainly more comfortable when wearing a mask for several hours straight. Very happy with this purchase.
