You did well getting the product to us. The n95s themselves however are unwearable due to very strong offgassing of chemical/petroleum odor palpable as soon as outer packaging was opened. We will be unable to use these masks sadly. Very dissapointing.

Dear Sarah, thanks for your kind words about service. If you allow me to clarify, our masks are packaged instantly as they are made in the individual plastic packaging. If some masks have what we call the “new mask scent,” we advise letting the mask air out for 5-10 minutes and then trying it back on again to see if that new mask scent has faded away. If after this process you consider the masks are still not wearable, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance, we will be sure to help you out. Stay safe.
I ordered several of the KN95 masks. They arrived individually wrapped and packaged in groups of ten. I got the adjustable over-the-ear version which was much more comfortable than the over-the-head N95 masks and easier to put on and off. They arrived within 2 weeks of my orders.
