Good customer service. The masks are good but there’s a huge difference between the adult small and regular, the adult small is almost exactly the same size as my preschool aged child’s masks while the adult regular is much too big for my face. I’ve tried all the sizes and varieties but none fit my face. Please make a kn95 mask to fit people who are in the 30mm gap between small and regular.

Good website and quick delivery. The mask material is much stiffer the previous purchases where the material was softer. It is not as comfortable to wear.

The ability to move up a subscription shipment is great. WellBefore shipped my covid-19 tests quickly, enabling me to easily restock after using more tests than usual this month.
