Great product & im sure that this will make brushing teeth more fun for my 20 mo.old Grandson. Great idea! Only wish this U technique & fun timer was around when my kids & other Grandson were little!

Website would not let me cancel my subscription after a dozen attempts, customer service was too slow to cancel my order and is now dragging its feet to issue a return label. It’s been a tedious and frustrating process with very poor communication from customer service and a website lacking basic functionality. The masks are fine, the ordering experience is unnecessarily difficult.

Original review (11/18/25): I was disappointed by the way that WellBefore handled my most recent order and return of KF94-style respirators. I have been a customer since 2021, having placed about a dozen orders of the same kind since then. After receiving my most recent order, I found that the respirators did not achieve a good seal for me. I documented the issue with photos, and requested a replacement order with respirators from a different lot. My request for ones from a different lot went unanswered, though, and the replacements came from the same lot that did not seal for me. At least it seems like they will fit a family member, but I now have to find another reliable PPE supplier. Update after refund (12/30/25): I shared photos from my replacement order with a WellBefore representative, showing that the replacement respirators appeared to all come from the same lot that did not seem to seal well for me. The representative promptly provided a full refund, without requiring me to ship the replacements back to WellBefore as with the original order. For my peace of mind, I am still searching for another PPE supplier that customarily tracks lot numbers. This would allow for smoothly issuing replacements from another lot when needed, which is a priority for me to maintain a reliable supply at home.
