Thank you for sharing this, and we apologize for the confusion. Our new mover program relies on public and commercial data sources, and occasionally an address is included in error. We'd be glad to look into it and make sure you don't receive future mailings. Please contact us at [email protected] so you can give us more details and we'll gladly take care of it.

Thank you for sharing this, and we are sorry your experience fell short of what you expected — that is not the experience we want for any of our partners. For you and for others reading: our advertising agreements are for a fixed term, listed on the signed insertion form. Where an agreement includes automatic renewal, it renews for the same length of time unless we receive written notice at least 30 days before the term ends. Partners can send that notice, or ask about their renewal date, at any time at [email protected]. We know contract terms are easy to lose track of over a year, and we want every partner to know exactly where they stand before a renewal happens. I'd like to personally review your account, including how your program performed and how your renewal was communicated, and talk it through with you directly. Please contact me at [email protected] with the best way to reach you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m very sorry to hear that this was your impression—especially regarding communication and support, as that’s something we take seriously. What you’ve described is not the experience we aim to provide. Our intent is for every client to have consistent access to both their local representative and our Customer Support team throughout the duration of their program. If that did not happen in your case, we want to understand why and address it. In terms of performance, our program is designed to deliver consistent exposure to new movers, with verified reporting tied to distribution. While results can vary based on factors like offer, timing, and category, we never want a client to feel that the value or reporting was unclear, and we are always available to walk through those details. We also want to clarify for transparency that our agreements are structured as fixed-term programs rather than subscriptions, which is outlined at the time of enrollment. That said, your feedback matters. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your account and better understand what occurred so we can address it appropriately. Please contact us at [email protected], and we will make this a priority.

We understand how receiving unexpected mail can feel frustrating, and we appreciate you sharing your concern. Welcome Wagon sends mail to new residents using data from a variety of standard, compliant sources such as public records, change-of-address filings, and new utility connections. This allows local businesses to introduce themselves to people who have recently moved into the area. That said, we respect your preferences. If you would prefer not to receive future mailings, we’re happy to take care of that for you. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will ensure your information is removed from future distributions. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m glad to hear the program met your expectations initially, but I’m sorry to hear that your experience in year two led to frustration—especially around the agreement terms and renewal. For transparency, our programs are structured as fixed-term agreements with renewal provisions outlined in the Terms & Conditions at the time of signing. We understand that contract details can sometimes be overlooked, which is why we aim to make those terms as clear as possible upfront and through renewal communications. Regarding performance, while our program is designed to provide consistent exposure to new movers, results can vary based on factors like offer, timing, and category. That said, we never want a client to feel uncertain about value, and we do offer reporting and support to help track and optimize performance over time. We also understand that situations like this can feel frustrating, and while we do operate within the terms of the agreement, our goal is always to work with clients in a fair and reasonable way. We would welcome the opportunity to review your account and see if there’s anything further we can do. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll make this a priority.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that the program did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you acknowledging the responsiveness and professionalism of the team you worked with. Welcome Wagon programs are designed to introduce businesses to new residents over the full term of the agreement. While many advertisers see positive engagement, outcomes such as leads or sales can vary significantly by industry, market conditions, timing, and offer, and are not guaranteed. Services are fulfilled as outlined in the agreement rather than based on a specific volume of responses. Address accuracy is an important concern, and when issues are identified, our Customer Service team does review and address them in accordance with our policies. We appreciate you bringing those instances to our attention so they could be evaluated and resolved. We understand your frustration and regret that your experience was a negative one. Feedback like yours is taken seriously and shared internally as we continue working to improve transparency, expectations, and advertiser experience. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how disappointing it can be when advertising does not produce the results you were expecting, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. Thank you for speaking with our account manager in Customer Service to review your concerns, along with options to help maximize the remainder of your campaign, while continuing to fulfill all services outlined in the agreement. Delivery and distribution have been completed as contracted. As with any form of advertising or data-driven marketing, results cannot be guaranteed. While we provide exposure to targeted new-mover households and access to distribution data intended to support outreach, customer response is influenced by many factors outside of our control, including timing, market conditions, and individual consumer decisions. We respect that our program may not be the right fit for every business and appreciate your feedback. We wish you success in your future marketing efforts.

We appreciate your time with Welcome Wagon and wish you continued success in your future endeavors. We’d like to provide clarity for those reading this review, as the information shared does not accurately reflect our company’s practices or client support process. Welcome Wagon has been America’s Welcoming Service since 1928, and our approach has always centered on consultative, long-term partnerships with the businesses we serve. From the initial presentation, we ensure every client clearly understands the structure of their program, the marketing provisions included, and the expected timeline for visibility and engagement results. It is not our practice to ask or expect representatives to personally pay client fees. Our company has a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Support team in place to assist clients with any concerns and to ensure satisfaction throughout their campaign. In this situation, the appropriate customer-service channels were not utilized, and the matters referenced were never escalated for resolution through our management or support departments. While we respect your experience, our focus remains on maintaining transparency, accountability, and the highest standard of client care. We’re proud of our team, our support systems, and the measurable success that thousands of our business partners continue to see through their Welcome Wagon programs.
