Took over a month to ship. No updates or communication as to when they were shipped. Sent wrong sizes. Ball came used. Can’t contact anyone for returns. Have not heard anything back from customer service since I sent an email on 8/02. No place on website to start a return, just what’s eligible for return and store locations no where near me. I was told to live chat.. No live chat is showing on the webpage. -Very disappointed soccer family

I would say the customer service is horrible, but I can't even get anyone to respond to email inquiries or even the online Chat function. It's been a week since we first reached out and there has been no response with the order still "processing". Avoid this company if you can.

No customer service; haven’t responded to fact that they charged for an order they haven’t delivered

Sadly a bad experience so far… can’t be reached to find out where is my order… UPS tracking shows UPS doesn’t have my order even though Company shows it shipped… chat function nonexistent on website and can’t talk to a live person to resolve the issue… I will have no choice but to have my bank retract the funds/transaction from them.

Don't order anything from this website. Returns are headaches and you have to pay for returns shipping and handling.

I ordered my son his player kit in November and was told one item was backordered. Of course this was the game shirt that he is required to wear in games. I reached out at the end of November and was told if would definitely be here in the middle of December. I reached out at then end of December and was told mid January. I reached out today and you guessed it they will definitely have it mid February. The customer service is non existent. They do not deserve the one star that I put above

Buyers Beware. I can not get an issue resolved and it's been over 2 weeks to get customer service to help. They will not respond at all. I placed the wrong order for a uniform and realized it immediately. Contacted them several times via chat and email. They would not respond and sent the items out 4 days later. Per their policy, I can't return because they are customized. I tried so hard to stop it from being sent and it did anyway. Asked to talk to management, I'm on day 6 and management still hasn't gotten back to me. AVOID buying from here because if you have any issues, they do not have the staff or customer support to help you. My order was almost $500!!

Amazing company they got the order right and in a week it got delivered amazing company would buy from here again I don’t know why this company has so much negativity it’s amazing
