I can completely happy with the quick support I have been getting as I am a first time web page designer

I have had lots of experience with Web based programs, especially those that offer DROP AND DRAG features. So far Webstarts has given me the most reasons to use them, especially with their under advertised WHITE LABEL feature. You are not over priced and I have never had any major problems getting to talk to someone when I needed help. AWESOME!

The company was wonderful! Being new to the whole business I did need my hand held a bit and when I made a mistake, all I did was send a quick little note asking for help and there was a response with a fix in a very short time. To add to the service they even followed up with me to ensure I understood and everything was ok. Excellent!

I like the interface. The learning curve is not NEARLY as steep as it is for Wordpress so I love that. Not too expensive, either. The problem I'm having is that pictures keep disappearing. Not just my pictures, but even those provided by WebStarts. If I had a website that used a lot of images, I would be very concerned and would want to make sure there won't be a problem. I have found this to be very discouraging. I could contact customer service, but I'm so discouraged about this that I'm dreading working on my website. It has been several days since I checked my website so I decided to check it for this review. The images still aren't there. I was trying to reduce the amount of images on my website as a work-around, but I'm just not happy with going in that direction. The image that was part of the landing page which THEY provided isn't even showing up. I've tried other browsers and it still doesn't work. Designing a website is a creative process and it's these kind of glitchy obstacles which poison my motivation. Maybe I'll get around to looking into it when the frustration isn't so fresh. On Thursday July 16, 2015 I received an email from Webstarts saying: "We can help! Leave us a positive review on TrustPilot for WebStarts and we’ll credit your account with 1GB of free cloud storage. Click the link below to review WebStarts now…" So clearly they are rewarding people for leaving positive reviews. So which ones are really positive and which ones just wanted the reward? It calls into question the integrity of all their reviews if they are simply rewarding the positive ones. I decided to just leave an honest review. I don't know if they will still give me the reward. This site is called "TRUSTpilot"?

I apologize to Steve and crew for phone number mistake on my part, and for the posting of a negative review. Steve has been very helpful in getting me started, and the web site seems to be very intuitive. I hope to add more positive comments soon. Frank

I love these guys, you have a genuine sense of being part of the team. Questions? They have answers, and in a timely, relaxed "let's have a chat" manner that makes me feel heard and understood and respected as a designer.
