I love Webstarts. I've been with them years and they always get right back with me whenever I need their assistance. They're not as well known as they should be based on their responsiveness and quality support. Their prices are also very competitive.

Our site went down and we followed all of Webstarts' own documentation to fix the DNS/SSL setup — everything was correct on our end, but the site stayed broken (redirect loop, SSL still blocked). Support never replied to our email, and their chat assistant just kept saying "send an email" in a loop. No way to reach an actual human. Very disappointing for a paid hosting service.

The one person I spoke and emailed was Aaron Dycus. He helped me twice and I thought he was great. Did follow up and solved my issues.
