I had a problem with my original "Kickstarter" Tag. Customer service was courteous and prompt in getting my problem solved and a new tag sent to me. My running partner and I feel safer when running alone carrying the Wearsafe Tag.

Great product. I am a runner and run sometimes by myself and this has made me feel more at ease. A family member helped me to test it out and it worked as promised.

My device never lasts more than two or three days no matter which brand of battery I install. Useless to me.

Thank you for your feedback, this is not behavior that we would expect. Please contact us at [email protected] so that we can resolve this.
I don't use my Wearsafe much because it doesn't have an audible alarm option (at least not that I know of). If I am out running or walking by myself, and someone attacks me, sending an alert to my responders isn't going to do me much good in the moment in terms of stopping that attack. Yes, people will know where I am, to get help to me after the attack. And yes, if I were to be kidnapped, people would be able to find me. But I also want assistance in trying to prevent the attack in the first place - having a loud, piercing alarm could deter the attacker by alerting anyone in my immediate vicinity that something bad is happening, and those people are in a better position to help me immediately, rather than my Wearsafe responders. Without this function, I don't really find this product to be very useful in my daily life.

Hi Christine - Thank you so much for this feedback! We chose not to make any noise from the Tag or from your phone to avoid escalating situations or drawing attention to your phone, since it is your lifeline. We also did this because loud noises would drown out the audio we give to your responders, making it harder for your network to make the best decision to help you.
Why send 2 or 3 or more emails a day!? Stop! I like NOT hearing from u unless there's an emergency

Oops! It looks like you got both an email from Trustpilot and one from us about our latest release yesterday. We usually only send out 1 or 2 emails a month - not on a single day. Thanks for letting us know and if at anytime you want to stop receiving emails from Trustpilot or Wearsafe, you can use the unsubscribe link in the messages to unsubscribe.

My wearsafe provides me with that extra peace of mind that my friends and family are only a push away. I go hiking alone all the time and as a young female, you can never be too safe and aware of your surroundings. Knowing that if I were to need help on a hike, a run, or just a night out, makes these experiences more enjoyable.

I bought a device for my two daughters and wife. The clip for one of the girls broke right away so she now carries it on her key chain. Not quite as secure. My second daughter lives across the country and it made my wife and I feel much more secure know she had this device. Unfortunately it would get bumped quite alot and we would get alerts very frequently kind of numbing us to the alert. Perhaps there was a set up issue on our end not sure. I give it an extra star for working to solve an important problem. Have recommended to friends despite the few issues.

Thank you for your feedback. We would welcome the opportunity to work out the ‘kinks’ you are experiencing. We have several activator settings to prevent accidental alerts in the More screen, under Activator Settings; the default single-press option doesn't seem to be the best for you; you could try triple-press or press-and-hold. Please contact us at [email protected], we would be happy to provide you with replacement accessories to get your daughter set up securely and answer any additional questions you have.
