As an older person, I feel much safer when my husband is away and I have this button on my night stand. When walking in the woods with my dog, I feel connected in case of an emergency. It's easy to use and comforting to have with me.

The key fob would not connect to my phone. I tried changing the battery, and even another phone. It was not functional.

The app is not easy for me and no one has answered my request for help to set up. Great idea- no one home at company😬

I wore it for the first time the other day...my phone accidentally hit the button and all 3 of my network people got the alert!! It does give you a sense of safety for sure, especially knowing how it works!

Leanne, thank you for the great review! If you were not aware, you can adjust your activator settings to help reduce any false alarms. We have several activator settings in the More screen, under Activator Settings. You can choose from a single press, triple press or press and hold. I hope this helps!
