Horrible....NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN Their AI has all sorts of failures - it will apply other peoples resumes and keywords to your search and CHARGE YOU FOR ALL OF THE "MISSED and WRONG RESUMES" They will send your resume to your current Employer Wait till you try to get refunded for the 97% Job Match Miss that I had......No One Answers I think its a SCAM where they only want to collect your initial payment and delay your Account Closure.

WeApply has not produced a single interview. I am using multiple paid job search tools that have all produced "actual" interviews. Save your money for a tool that actually produces.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Horrible customer service. No companies reached out to me as a result of using WeApply. No number to reach customer service and no response to my three emails requesting not to be charged so I had to report them as a fraud and get a replacement debit card to stop them from taking more money. AGAIN DO NOT USE!!!

Hello Kimberly, we note that you only used a fraction of your package and may still get callbacks from companies that are reviewing your applications (all these were sent out relatively recently). We must ask if you have not seen our responses? Could you please check your spam folder? As we have records of our team sending you communications to each inquiry. Moreover, we went ahead and cancelled your service as per your request and refunded as per our money back guarantee policy. In your response you insinuate that we charged your card more than once? Please note that we are not subscription based, never charge more than once and we do not see any further charges made to your card, so we ask that you revamp this claim as it is simply untrue.
I purchased the 200 applications package from WeApply.net in February 2024. The results were extremely disappointing: - Only three interviews from 200 applications - No quality control on job matches - Many completely irrelevant applications were submitted - No screening of job postings before applying - Marketing claims about AI technology are misleading - Basic manual application service performed by outsourced workers in Southern Asia The quality is far below what you'd achieve applying yourself. Save your money. You'll get much better results managing your applications and ensuring they're relevant to your experience. Hello Marie-Therese, unfortunately we do not see a client with this name in our system however, if you provide us with your registered email or contact our customer service we will be glad to review your account to see what occurred. Having said that, you make a lot of very alarming, but untrue claims regarding our service. 1. We have not one but two quality control mechanism, one is a flagging feature, which allows you to flag any inaccurate applications, . The second is our Quality control team which reviews your flagged applications and account in general to ensure we maintain a high degree of accuracy. If we find that any submission were made in error, we credit those back to our users. 2. Regarding the frankly ridiculous and unsubstantiated claim that our applications are done manually - we process hundreds of thousands of applications daily and have the most advanced & proprietary software currently available. Our quality control team, as well as our tech team work extremely hard to ensure good results for all our clients and it is very disheartening to see claims like these by extremely ungrateful and entitled individuals.
Though I have downloads of email conversations where their customer service did not respond to me for months on end and told me they were "looking into things" and never communicated further, We Apply sent me a cease and desist claiming I made libelous statements. I'm wondering if they send this every person who writes a bad review about them based on their opinion and experience? If so, they're either posing as a legal department or wasting a ton of money to try to intimidate people over statements that are not untrue. Bottom line is that I feel as that We Apply ripped me off with a service that over promised and under delivered. They did serve the function of applying for jobs, but they were either outside of industries in which I had experience or for roles that were not appropriate given my skillset. I found the AI to be lacking, at best. And their customer service never responded to me without my prompting. And when they did respond, it was to tell me they were "looking into it." The response below from the company about the "tweaks" they made is the first I'm hearing of any redress for the concerns I raised to customer service. We Apply, I recommend you spend more time and attention on bettering your product and less on writing threatening emails to those with valid concerns over the product they paid for.

Hi AEM, we note that this is your 3rd bad review about us. Please note that we went ahead and did a full audit of your service usage and feel your reviews have been more than unfair. Our service offers two fail-safes for flagging inaccurate submissions, which we review and credit back where appropriate. In addition to the money-back guarantee that we provide for any unsent applications if you are unsatisfied with our service at any point. You have used our service in its entirety over the course of several months, and have been credited an additional 34 applications to compensate for any accuracy issues that were found. Additionally, our team performed system tweaks to ensure great results. We even note interview requests that came your way in light of our submissions. Having said all that, we truly apologize if you are still not satisfied, but our service has performed exactly what it set out to do and there is no better or more accurate service of this kind available which our HR partners actually welcome, due to how easy we make their job at identifying the right candidates.
In my opinion, it is a waste of money. Just review the post by Ian (from Feb 2024)--it's almost the same experience that I had. Weapply asked me to delete my original post or they would press charges. I don't have the time to argue their baseless claim of misinformation, so just read previous reviews. They flag all negative posts and threaten legal actions instead of correcting flaws and glitches to their algorithm. Don't expect any money-back guarantees; they'll just give you credit for more searches (i.e., you get more of the same, thus prolonging the agony of misaligned applications). UPDATE 6/26/2024 Got another email from WeApply threatening legal action from what I wrote above. UPDATE: 7/10/2024 Received yet another email threatening legal action if I don't recant my review by today. When will they ever learn that reviews are meant for self-improvement and a chance for operational reform, not intimidation and bullying. Tsk, tsk. "Great showcase of your character to any future employer"? Are you kidding? You can't even match your clients to any employer!

Moreover, our moneyback guarantee is in our terms and conditions and is very straight forward, we refund any unsent applications that remain at any point during the service. You have used up all your applications and even received multiple interviews that we are aware of, which were the aim of our service. You've only started to complain once the service ended, trying to get more apps for free which our customer service couldn't accommodate. Great showcase of your character to any future employer. The service asks questions up front and uses your resume and LinkedIn to try to match you. They set up Indeed access in your name and fire off applications. The categories they search are broad and inaccurate. Indeed.com started sending me job recommendations in the Philippines. WeApply embarrassed me with how inaccurate the AI is, so now if I want to apply for a different position at that company, I look ridiculous because "I" first applied for a VP position that I'm not qualified for. After correcting the first 5 applications that I don't have PMP (nor is it anywhere on my resume or profile), it continued to apply for positions in fields I don't know or want. After 25 useless applications that brought in zero interviews, I decided to call it. They advertised a money back guarantee, after all. The customer support replied quickly that they would use my feedback to improve future experiences. Then they sweetly informed me of the terms and conditions of cancelation. There is a $25 admin fee, nonrefundable. Furthermore, they charged me for the bad applications that embarrassed me. Hard pass. They did not earn any of the money they extracted from me.

I used WeApply and the charged me 115 dollars for 100 applications. They applied for jobs that were a 5 hour flight from my home. They applied for jobs that required languages I did not speak. When I asked for a refund, they kept half my money.

It is important to note that we completed only 20 applications for you and that you were extremely hostile with our customer service team throughout the entire fulfillment process. You asked for remote roles which we fulfilled, furthermore we credited back items we didn't get quite right - which we do for every customer, as the metadata employers provide are not always 100% accurate and cause some inaccuracies which we are working to fix in future updates. Lastly, we processed your refund according to our terms and conditions and will not be subject to your threats or reputational blackmail. At this time we made the decision of placing you on our do not service list and do not wish to remedy or repair the relationship. Please do not come back to our platform.
