Hi, We’re truly sorry for the terrible experience you’ve had. You’re right — waiting months for an impression kit, then having it rejected, and enduring delays is unacceptable. We completely understand your disappointment, especially when you were excited to support a Black-owned business. The truth is, Water ATL faced serious operational and financial challenges that caused delays and communication breakdowns, and we didn’t meet the standards we set for ourselves or for our customers. I take full responsibility as the founder for these failures. We’re working hard to improve our processes and rebuild trust with customers who’ve been waiting. If you still want to resolve your order or discuss a refund, please reach out directly — we want to make this right. Thank you for your honesty and patience. Warmest regards, Patrice Taffo Founder, Water ATL

Hi R. Smith, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustrating experience you’ve had. Waiting months without updates or clarity is far from the standard we want to uphold, and we completely understand your disappointment. We want to be transparent about some of the challenges we’ve faced. As a small business with a custom production model for grillz, we ran into unexpected manufacturing delays and payout halts that caused backlogs in order fulfillment. Our systems and customer service were also impacted, which is why timely updates weren’t provided consistently. We know this isn’t acceptable, and we’re committed to making it right. The good news is that the “Rocky Mountains” of those initial hurdles are now behind us. We’ve optimized our operations, and most back orders have already been fulfilled. Moving forward, turnaround times have improved significantly to 7-14 days, depending on the design. We apologize for any issues with the mold kits as well—please reach out to us directly at [email protected], so we can review your specific order details and resolve this for you as soon as possible. We’re here to make this right for you and restore your trust in us. Thank you for your patience as we work to grow and get this business on solid ground. We’re excited for the future and hope we can have another opportunity to serve you better. Best regards, Water ATL Support

Hi Kristina, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re deeply sorry for the incredibly long wait you’ve experienced. Waiting seven months is unacceptable, and we understand how frustrating it’s been to receive multiple shipping estimates without your order arriving. As a small business working with a unique, custom-made production model, we faced some unexpected challenges, including payout halts and manufacturing delays that led to these delays in order fulfillment. This was never the experience we intended for our customers, and we truly apologize for the lack of consistent updates along the way. The good news is we’ve overcome these initial issues and have optimized our operations, with most back orders already fulfilled. Now, our turnaround times are significantly improved to 7-14 days, depending on the design, so we can serve customers much more reliably going forward. Regarding the $50 gift card you received, it sounds like a technical issue, and we’d be happy to resolve it. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll make sure the gift card works for your future order. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue growing and improving. We’re committed to making things right and ensuring a positive experience with us moving forward. Best regards, Water ATL Support
